Cellular Scanner

Cellular Scanner

Cellular Scanner is a system comprised of one or more measuring nodes and a server used to evaluate the key parameters of a cellular network.

  • Gathering the RAN information (useful for cell planning and obtaining the frequency, coverage and interface map
  • Calculating the Qos and QoE parameters based on uplink/downlink throughput, delay, jitter, response time, and …
  • Lock-on RAT (GSM, UMTS, and LTE), frequency band and ARFCN
  • Standard KPI Analysis: user delay in different modes, effective coverage and blind points

Cellular Scanner is a system comprised of one or more measuring nodes and a server used to evaluate the key parameters of a cellular network. The measuring nodes are cellular-phones empowered by Cellular Scanner software and connected (online/offline) to the processing server. By the power of this software, they'll be able to provide the user with the parameters needed to evaluate QoS, QoE, and the coverage map of the cellular networks.
